Welcome to Correspondence Committee
If you received an invitation to C2, you have been specifically chosen to be part of this community because of your ability to maintain a high level of discourse. Our goal is to create a strong, positive political forum, and we are pleased you have accepted our invitation to be part of it.
Please note the following guidelines:
Your opinions as expressed as a member of Correspondence Committee are your own responsibility; comments published and allowed to remain on the site do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the C2 staff. We reserve the right to remove any content we object to, for any reason. Racist, anti-Semitic, threatening, and/or exceedingly profane or abusive speech is unwelcome here, and will result in termination of your account should you use it.
We ask that you respect the rights of others to their opinions, and refrain from personal attacks.
Finally, though many of you are veterans of online communities, none of those communities will be our focus. Our intent is to provide our guests with a level playing field on which to debate political issues and a fresh start if they desire one. Should you feel it necessary to discuss any negative experiences you may have had on other political forums, please do so elsewhere.
While we anticipate vigorous debate and expect that moderation will be minimal, we believe it is important to make you aware of our policies.
